Soft Washing done with the surface in mind
Soft washing is designed for exterior surfaces that need a thorough clean without the force of traditional high-pressure washing. It combines low-pressure application with appropriate cleaning solutions to loosen and treat organic staining on render, painted walls, cladding and other suitable finishes.
Green algae, red staining, mould and general atmospheric dirt can make a sound exterior finish look older than it is. On many rendered or coated surfaces, simply turning up the pressure is the wrong answer. A controlled soft-wash process allows the chemistry and dwell time to do more of the work.
Why the right cleaning method matters
Before treatment, we look at the substrate, coatings, surrounding planting, runoff and access. The aim is a clean, even finish while respecting the material underneath. This is especially important on modern renders, painted facades and areas where aggressive cleaning could mark or scar the surface.
